Across Uganda, dedicated teachers work with real skill and commitment yet ongoing, practical professional learning is still hard to reach. We close that gap with development that respects teachers' expertise and fits the classrooms they actually teach in.

FEATURED WORKSHOP
Building Better Classroom Questions
Strong questions do more than test memory. They reveal what students understand, uncover misconceptions and create opportunities for deeper thinking. This practical workshop helps teachers move from asking questions for participation to using questions intentionally for retrieval, diagnosis, inclusion, adaptation and deeper reasoning.

Growing Evidence of Change In Classrooms
The Teaching Practice began by delivering pilot professional-development sessions with schools in Uganda. These sessions provided opportunities to test materials, listen to teachers, study the challenges schools prioritise and refine a professional-learning model centred on active participation and immediate classroom application.
